This champagne is a Blanc de Blancs made of 100% Pinot Blanc, which is extremely rare and coveted (only 0.2% of all grapes in Champagne are Pinot Blanc, and only a small portion of that end up in a Blanc de Blancs). Pinot Blanc offers strong aromatic powers with notes of exotic fruits, yellow fruits, white fruits as well as pastry. Smooth and fresh, this unique champagne is very versatile, and can be paired with either sweet or savoury flavours.
