Discover our latest hidden gem: Récolte Noire from Champagne Dosnon. We tasted it in October 2025 and were truly amazed! Two words perfectly describe this champagne: elegance and precision. Recolte Noire Zéro Dosage is an outstanding single-varietal grower Champagne from the Côte des Bar.
Made entirely from 100% Pinot Noir, the grapes are sustainably cultivated with careful biodynamic practices in the vineyard. Vinification takes place in Burgundy oak barrels, with 10 months of fermentation including malolactic, and all reserve wines are also aged in barrel. The champagne is aged on lees, disgorged without any added sulfites, and finished as a Brut Nature (0 g/L dosage).
This cuvée shows a pale, refined color with delicate, persistent bubbles. On the nose, intense aromas unfold, while the palate is powerful and richly textured, revealing notes of apples, brioche, toast, and almond, finishing with remarkable length.

Champagne Dosnon – Excellence from the Côte des Bar
Located in Avirey-Lingey in the Côte des Bar, Champagne Dosnon is focused on producing high-quality, distinctive wines. Their vineyards benefit from a unique terroir and are managed with sustainable and biodynamic practices, currently certified by Ecocert and Demeter.
All champagnes are vinified in Burgundy oak barrels (minimum 5 years old to preserve elegance) with 10 months of fermentation including malolactic. Reserve wines are also aged in barrel, and disgorgement is done without added sulfites. The house specializes in mono-varietal Champagnes, including Blanc de Noirs and Blanc de Blancs, with carefully adjusted low dosage to highlight the terroir’s richness.
