A unique feature of this vineyard is that part of it is still ploughed by horses, emphasizing the house’s commitment to sustainable, biodynamic practices. The wine undergoes extended vinification in oak barrels, enhancing its complexity, depth, and rich texture.
 
This blend pairs 50% current-year wine with 50% reserve started in 1995, balancing freshness and maturity. With delicate oak and ripe yellow fruit aromas, Caudalies is powerful, precise and elegant, the hallmark of Champagne De Sousa.
