This cuvée is bottled with traditional corks, and aged for 4–5 years for rich complexity. It is a zero dosage (no added sugar), delivering pure, precise flavor. It displays a pale, delicate color with fine, persistent bubbles.
 
The nose is intense, while the palate is powerful, supported by a subtle aromatic presence. Perfect as an aperitif, it also shines alongside comforting dishes such as risotto or creamy cheeses like mature Comté, Chaource, or truffled Brie. Serve between 8° and 10°C.
