Discover the purity and character of this 100% Pinot Meunier by Champagne Le Gallais, crafted through sustainable viticulture and meticulous hand-harvesting in several passes. Whole clusters undergo temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats, followed by malolactic fermentation and traditional vinification. The wine is blended, bottled with traditional corks, and aged on lees for 4–5 years before disgorgement. This cuvée is finished as a Zero Dosage with a dosage of 0 g/L.
This Champagne displays a pale, delicate color with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose is intense, while the palate is powerful, direct, and richly textured, supported by a subtle aromatic presence.
Perfect as an aperitif, it also shines alongside comforting dishes such as risotto or creamy cheeses like mature Comté, Chaource, or truffled Brie. Serve between 8° and 10°C.

Champagne Le Gallais - Independent Winemakers Since 1927
Nestled in Boursault near Épernay, Champagne Le Gallais has been family-owned since 1927, on land that once belonged to the famed Veuve Clicquot. Its seven vineyard plots overlook the Marne Valley, with the press, cellar, and winery all on-site, ensuring maximum freshness from vine to bottle.
The limestone and clay-rich soils give the wines remarkable balance, while separate vinification for each plot preserves their unique character. Certified HVE since 2020, the domaine follows sustainable, low-intervention practices, hand harvesting, minimal sulphites, and a winemaking approach that lets nature and terroir speak.
