This champagne is crafted from 100% Meunier, grown sustainably and hand-picked in the unique terroir of Boursault. Long ageing for 4–5 years give it precision and depth. With zero dosage, it shines as an aperitif or alongside refined, comforting dishes such as risotto and creamy aged cheeses.
