This champagne is crafted from 100% Meunier, grown sustainably and hand-picked in the unique terroir of Boursault. Whole-cluster pressing and long ageing on lees for 4–5 years give it precision and depth. The nose opens with intense undergrowth notes, while the palate is powerful, direct, and richly structured with subtle aromatic lift.
