Champagne Michel Laval is a family-owned estate in Boursault, Marne Valley—an area known for Pinot Meunier and often called “Champagne-Burgundy” for its rich, complex terroir.
The Laval family has grown grapes there since 1870 and began producing their own champagne in 1948. Their philosophy centers on crafting convivial, celebratory champagnes to be shared with loved ones.
Florian Laval, Michel’s son, now leads the estate, continuing family traditions while embracing more creative and sustainable vineyard practices.
