Domaine Sunnen-Hoffmann in Luxembourg’s Remerschen valley has been producing wines in harmony with nature for five generations. Covering 9.3 ha, its vineyards are cultivated organically since 2001 (the first ones in Luxembourg), with careful pruning, green harvesting, and rigorous grape selection.
Typical varietals include Riesling, Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir, all grown without chemical fertilizers or herbicides. Since 2011, some biodynamic practices have also been adopted to enhance vine health and express the terroir.
