- Organic Crémant d'Alsace
- 3 French bites, by Terroir Amsterdam
- Independent producers
- Ready to enjoy together
There's something about the French apéritif that we keep coming back to. A bottle on the table, a few good things to share, and no need to overcomplicate it. That's exactly what this box is about.
First is Cuvée S by Domaine François Schwach, an organic Crémant d'Alsace made in the traditional method, just like champagne. It spends 60 months ageing, much longer than regular crémants, giving it fine bubbles, plenty of character and a beautifully dry finish.
To go with it, we've chosen 3 artisan specialities from Terroir Amsterdam
From the Landes comes Majesté by Les Conservistes, a rustic pâté made with the rare Prince Noir de Biscay pig. Rich, gently spiced and full of flavour.
Next are the Duck Rillettes from Castel Foie Gras. Slow-cooked until meltingly tender, they're everything we love about simple French food.
Finally, there's Concassés d'Aubergine et Cabillaud by La Belle-Iloise. This smooth spread blends tender cod with roasted aubergine and a touch of lemon, bringing freshness and a lighter note to the box.
How to enjoy it
Chill the Crémant well, slice a fresh baguette, and open everything at once. It's perfect before dinner, with friends on a sunny afternoon, or simply because it's Friday. The beauty of a French apéritif is that it doesn't need a special occasion.
Why we chose it
At The Champagne Fox, we're always looking for independent producers who care about craftsmanship as much as we do. Terroir Amsterdam share that same philosophy. Small producers, traditional recipes and organic ingredients that speak for themselves.
