Founded in 1966, Champagne Marlène Delong is now run by two independent winemakers committed to sustainable and nature-driven practices. Around a decade ago, they began transitioning to organic viticulture. Today, they hand-harvest their grapes, use only indigenous yeasts, avoid filtration, and have completely eliminated insecticides. Their winemaking honors natural rhythms at every stage, with a deep respect for the environment guiding the entire process. While most of their cuvées are effectively organic for a few years already, their first officially certified organic Champagne will be available starting in 2025.
